Scholarships at Heriot-Watt University

Heriot-Watt University welcomes students from all over the world. This year, we are providing support by awarding over £500,000 in merit scholarships to international fee-paying students enrolling in January 2024.

In most instances, scholarships awarded to international fee-paying students will be awarded as a £1,500 fee abatement.

India and Nepal:

• First tier merit scholarship: GBP 3,000. Eligibility: All programs where the tuition fee is above GBP 26,000 and for students who have scored 60% and above.

• Second tier merit scholarship: GBP 2,500. Eligibility: All programs where the tuition fee is above GBP 23,000 and for students who have scored 60% and above.

• Third tier merit scholarship: GBP 1,500. Eligibility: All programs where the tuition fee is less than GBP 23,000 and for students who have scored 60% and above.
